KATE WERNER

Founder & CEO

Kathryn is the CEO of Impact Partners. She brings with her a wealth of hands-on knowledge about what it takes to make all aspects of a nonprofit organization, or a corporate impact strategy, succeed at the highest possible level. Kate has held the positions, seen the results, and thought extensively about what works and what doesn’t work. She has been trusted with crafting a foundational strategy for a wide variety of organizations with unparalleled results—results measured in terms of companies re-imagining their vision and view of themselves, expanding their horizons, and doing more good more quickly than they had previously thought possible. She has worked with national political figures, corporate CEOs, and well-known entrepreneurs to further the interests of Impact Partners' nonprofit and corporate social responsibility clients.

Kate lives in San Diego with her husband Eric, daughter Finley, son Nolan, and dog Bernard. They enjoy camping, traveling, cooking, music and adventure. Kate brings that sense of adventure and candor into her work. Her love of camping and the great outdoors inspires clients to take on challenges with bravery.
